Mike Wallen
Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Co-owner
As CEO, Mike Wallen drives the company strategy, builds key business and strategic relationships, and works closely with the entire organization to ensure The Lead Dogs continues to deliver the top quality services clients are accustomed to.
Prior to founding The Lead Dogs in 1994, Mike worked for a well recognized marketing agency where he started and led the division focused on managing inbound inquiries for agency clients. Previously, Mike held management and operational roles at companies including Aus-tex Printing and Mailing and IBM.
John Grady
President and Co-owner
As President, John Grady plays an integral role in the company’s strategy development and execution, and focuses his time on emerging account opportunities.
John has over 26 years experience in marketing, sales and financial management through his roles at companies including Dell, Protein Technologies International, Ralston Purina and Proctor & Gamble. John has a BA in Biology from Brown University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Cameron Gage
Director - Sales and Call Center Operations
As Director of Sales and Call Center Operations, Cameron Gage oversees The Lead Dogs sales organization, who is responsible for lead generation, inquiry management, lead nurturing and full-cycle closings for B2B clients with complex sales cycles.
Through his roles at Asure Software, Dunn & Bradstreet, Apple Computer and Dell, Cameron has over 20 years of experience in sales, sales management and sales operations, with an emphasis on successfully building and growing inside sales organizations in fast-paced, quickly changing environments. Cameron attended the University of Texas at Austin and is currently working on a degree in Organizational Communication from St. Edward’s University.
Michelle Reeder
Microsoft Account Director
As the Microsoft Account Director, Michelle Reeder oversees the Account Managers and is responsible for creating effective strategies, developing and streamlining engagement processes and continuously analyzing results to ensure Microsoft’s overall business objectives are met or exceeded.
Michelle has over 14 years experience in project management and client relations for companies including Harte-Hanks Response Management and Locus Database Services. Michelle has a BA in Mass Communication and a Minor in Photography from Southwest Texas State University.
Maria Riojas
Account Director
As an Account Director, Maria Riojas is committed to delivering exemplary service and works closely with numerous clients to understand their marketing and sales goals and actively lead her Account Management team and internal resources to drive towards accomplishing those objectives.
Maria has over 15 years of professional experience in roles spanning from sales and operations training to account management at companies including Harris Publishing, Janus Mutual Funds, and First USA Bank. Maria studied business administration at Texas State University in San Marcos.
Kyle Swartz, PHR
Director of Human Resources
As Director of Human Resources, Kyle Swartz oversees the HR department, including planning, talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations.
Kyle has over 15 years professional experience in roles spanning from product management to human resources at companies including Appleby Systems, Inc., The Thomson Corporation and Kathy Schaeffer and Associates. Kyle has a BA in English / Journalism from The College of New Jersey.
