Detailed metrics for integrated B-to-B marketing and sales campaigns

It’s not enough to measure response to business-to-business direct marketing and telemarketing campaigns. These days, CFOs and CEOs want detailed ROI metrics and they want to know you are on top of the key performance metrics.

The Lead Dogs understands the importance of analyzing valuable information related to your marketing initiatives. We offer over 100 standard and custom reports that enable you to review:

  • Results from each response mechanism, by marketing campaign. The mechanisms in play during various phases of a campaign include email, fax, toll-free numbers, and the Web (including pay-per-click campaigns).
  • Progress of outbound marketing activities. We provide analysis tools to quickly and easily review all elements of an outbound marketing activity. In real-time you will know how we are progressing on your program – how many records are in various stages of the campaign and what the results are of those we’ve completed. This level of review provides a birds-eye view of your campaign with drill-down capability.
  • Results by records source. Sources include rented lists and print and online marketing campaigns (including Google AdWords and Overture/Yahoo).
  • Results from phases of marketing campaigns. For example, a seminar tour might include promotions via direct mail, email, outbound telemarketing and broadcast fax. This view allows you to see the impact of each initiative.

The Lead Dogs has designed a proprietary system for displaying and delivering these reports to our clients. It is designed around the concept of Alerts and Dashboard. Alerts are set for each client metric along with which parties should be notified if the metric is being missed. Alerts are delivered either on the computer screen (internal) or e-mail (internal executive or external).

Dashboards are central to our reporting system. Everyone in our organization and our client contacts are provided with a reporting interface dashboard that is appropriate based on their role. A Marketing Representative will see dashboard metrics relevant to their job performance as compared to their goal and their peers. A Call Center Manager sees, in real-time, the performance of each of their Marketing Representatives for the day.

Our reports are represented as:

  • Graphical View – a graph or chart that is appropriate to the given measurement.
  • Summary List View – A table view of the results from a particular report.
  • Drill-down Detail View – For instance, drilling into a particular direct mail piece list will provide you with individual records that are included in that campaign along with their results.

We show you how to “slice and dice” data from many sources to transform it into relevant product, campaign or market intelligence.
