Why The Lead Dogs
Why The Lead Dogs? Because we deliver results.
Like you, we’re accountable, so we work hard to ensure that only qualified leads get to your sales channel. We do this by working with you to understand what your sales organization needs, hiring the right people to get the job done and incorporating unmatched quality control procedures to make sure you get what we promise.
Below are just a few of the practices that differentiate The Lead Dogs from other companies offering similar services.
We’re your partner, not your “vendor”
“Vendors” work project to project. They quote a price for calling a list of names or to manage fulfillment for tradeshow leads. Vendors are constantly looking at their bottom line . . . not yours.
Partners, on the other hand, help drive your success. Partners listen to your goals and objectives and give honest feedback – even if it hurts. Partners becomes a seamless element of your sales and marketing team: they attend your sales meetings, thoroughly understand your products and services and work hard, very hard, on your behalf.
Partners, in other words, are the people you trust with your business – again and again.
We stand behind our work
Anybody can, and likely will, say they focus on quality. At The Lead Dogs, we back it up. If you’re considering other B-to-B sales lead development or telemarketing companies, ask them if they offer the following:
- Call Recording and Feedback -- The Lead Dogs records every call made on your behalf (inbound and outbound). These call recordings are available to you at any time. Your Call Center Manager listens to, and provides qualitative feedback on, 6 calls per Marketing Representative per week. This is in addition to their regular efforts shadowing during the day.
- Account Rep Rankings -- While all lead development companies do call monitoring and coaching, and perhaps even have scoring systems, we use those systems to rank our representatives. Lead Dog call reps know at all times where they stand against their peers. We make these monitoring results available to you, along with the recorded calls that were graded.
- Live Call Monitoring -- Any Lead Dog client is welcome to monitor calls made on their behalf, at any time.
We watch your program closely
Every employee of The Lead Dogs has Dashboard reporting pertinent to their role in the organization. From managers with oversight over employees or accounts to executives with oversight over the whole organization, everyone is kept apprised of performance levels and alerted to concern points.
In order to remain focused on your objectives, Lead Dog Account Teams hold Monthly Program Reviews (Internal) and Quarterly Business Reviews (External) where we discuss campaign results, findings, focal areas, and what we need from you (that we’re not getting) to be successful. This ensures you won’t be getting “surprise” phone calls from us at the end of the campaign.
You change – We flex – You grow
The Lead Dogs has the resources of a big company and the flexibility of a small company. Nimble and quick, our combination of experienced staff, proven processes, and advanced systems allows us to adjust programs "on the fly," boosting your direct marketing program results.
Four years ago, for example, we began working with Solomon Software on a program to nurture over 1500 inquiries they received each month that weren’t ready for the sales channel. We did this by phone, mail and fax. Since then, Solomon was acquired by Microsoft – and today, the Microsoft Account Team has 75 employees performing all things related to sales leads -- including cold call lead generation, inquiry management, prospect nurturing, and closed loop reporting.
Two years ago Adobe purchased a small company that sold servers. Adobe asked The Lead Dogs to perform inquiry management and budgeted for two call reps to work on their behalf. But it quickly became apparent Adobe had a “sleeper” product that was generating significant call volume. Working closely with Adobe, The Lead Dogs determined on how to get this line of business to the next level. Two years and 10 additional account reps later, Adobe’s server business has more than doubled in size.
